Reflective of her personal outlook, Bettina’s playfulness with subject and material brings a unique character to every garment she creates. She incorporates unexpected elements from abandoned quilting blocks, macrame and embroidery into much of her work. The skin of the wearer is sometimes revealed through the fabric to draw attention to the often overlooked.
