In this theme Hubby humorously surrounds herself, her own art history, and the mirror of potential viewers with majestic and very very cute animals. To see oneself in the company of nature’s wonders is a helpful reframe. The series repeatedly utilizes VERY CUTE animals to subliminally impart wisdom and reverence for the nature outside and inside of ourselves.
The original work from the series as well as their With Animals iterations have been featured in several exhibitions including: Positively Earnest, LA Women, The mecca, California, The Panacea Project, Dig the Dig, Pretty Limber, THE SEXUAL BRONZE SHOW, Home Show: Revisited, and Thanks for the Mammeries.
